– The system board is equipped with 12 memory slots (6 slots per CPU).
– In 1 CPU configurations only 6 memory slots are usable.
– The system has to be equipped with at least one memory module per CPU.
– There are two different types of DDR4 memory modules available: RDIMM
and RDIMM 3DS.
– Supported capacities for RDIMM: 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB
– Supported capacities for RDIMM 3DS: 64 GB
– Maximum amount of RAM using RDIMM: 384 GB (192 GB per CPU)
– Maximum amount of RAM using RDIMM 3DS: 768 GB (384 GB per
CPU)
