5. Select the desired item from the list for [Time Axis Format].
6. Select the desire item from the list for [Save Format] since a line limit
changes by version of Excel.
7. Click [OK] and then a conversion is started.
If you need to save the data, save the data on excel.
Example of saving as an Excel file:
