Reset the instrument to its default settings and clear event registers and queues. Set the digitize function to
current and the digitize sample rate to 25,000 readings per second. Set the source function to voltage
and turn
source readback on.
Set up a pulse train with a bias level of 1 mV and a pulse level of 3 mV. Enable measurements and save
readings in defbuffer1. Set the delay to zero and the off time to 90 ms. Set the pulse voltage limit and the
bias voltage limit to 5 mV.
Start the pulse train and wait for it to execute.
