ThisparameterappliestoSongsonly.IfthecurrentSlot
isaProgramorCombination,itdoesnotappear.
Adding items to the Set List from other
modes
Program,Combination,andSequencermodeseach
haveacommandintheirP0pagemenus:AddtoSet
List.
WhenyouusetheAddtosetlistcommand,the
currentProgram,Combination,orSongisinsertedat
thecurrentSlotofthecurrentSetList,similartousing
theSetListEditpage’sIn
sertcommand.
TheparametersoftheSlotaresetasfollows:
•ThenameoftheProgram,Combination,orSongis
copiedintotheSlotname.Youcanchangethislater
ifdesired.
•Iftheitembeingcopiedisasong,thecurrent
KeyboardTrackiscopiedintotheSlot’sKeyboard
Trackparameter.
Re-arranging Slots
TheCut,Copy,Paste,andInsertbuttonsmakeit
simpletore‐arrangetheSlots.
Copying a Slot to another location
TocopyoneSlottoanother(forinstance,ifyouhavea
soundthatyou’dliketouseinmultipleSlots):
1. SelecttheSlotyou’dliketocopy.
2. PresstheCopybutton.
3. SelecttheSlotyou’dliketoreplace.
4. PressthePastebutton.
TheselectedSlotwillbereplacedbythecopiedSlot.
Inserting a Slot in the middle of a Set List
YoucanalsoinsertacopiedSlotinthemiddleofaSet
List,whileleavingtherestofthelistintact.Todothis:
1. SelecttheSlotyou’dliketocopy.
2. PresstheCopybutton.
3. SelecttheSlottospecifytheinsertpoint.
ThecopiedSlotwillbeplacedinfrontoftheselected
Sl
ot,andtherestoftheSetListwillmovetomake
room.
4. PresstheInsertbutton.
Removing a Slot from a Set List
YoucanremoveaSlotfromthemiddleofaSetList,
whileleavingtherestofthelistintact.Todoso:
1. SelecttheSlotyou’dliketoremove.
2. PresstheCutbutton.
ThisremovestheSlotfromthelist,andmovestherest
ofthelisttofillinthenow‐emptyspace.
Ifyoulike,youcanPasteorInserttheSlotthatwas
removedviaCut,similartotheCopyoperations
describedabove.
Detailed Set List editing
Naming a Slot
YoucannameaSlotseparatelyfromthenameofthe
Program,Combination,orSongitcontains.For
instance,ifyou’recreatingaSetListforagig,youcan
nametheSlotsafterthesectionofmusicinwhich
they’reused,suchas“MontanaIntro.”Todoso:
1. Pressthe“T”buttontobrin
gup
thetextedit
dialog.
2. Enterthenameasdesired,andthenpressOK.
Slotnamescanhaveupto24characters.
Controlling Slot volume
YoucancontrolthevolumeseparatelyforeachSlot.
Forinstance,youmightsetthevolumesofterforaSlot
playinganaccompanimentpart,andlouderforaSlot
withaleadsound.Todoso:
1. AdjusttheVolu meparameter.
NotethatthestoredMasterVolumesettingoftheSlot’s
Program,Combination,orSongsti
llappliesaswe
ll.
YoucaneditthisfromtheControlSurface,ifdesired.
SeethegraphicbelowfordetailsonhowtheSetList
volumeinteractswithothervolumecontrols.
SetListSlotVolume
Entering comments
EachSlotcanhaveacommentofupto512characters,
forlyrics,performancenotes,andsoon.Todoso:
1. PresstheEditCommentbuttontobringupthetext
editdialogbox.
2. Enterthecommentasdesired,andthenpressOK.
Youcanreadtheentirecomment,evenwithmultiple
lines,ontheSetListPlaypage.
