OPERATION
3. Slowly drive the windrower forward so the feet (A)
on the windrower enter the boots (B) on the header.
Continue to drive s lowly forward until the feet engage
the boots and the header nudges forward.

4. Stop engine and remove key from ignition.
5. Loosen nut (A) and rotate barrel (B) to adjust length so
that the link lines-up with header bracket.
6. Install clevis pin (C) and secure with cotter pin (D).
7. Adjust link to required length for proper header angle
by rotating barrel (B). Tighten nut (A) against barrel. A
slight tap with a hammer is sufcient.

CAUTION
Check to be sur e all bystan d ers have cleared t he area.
8. Start engine and press the HEADER UP switch (A) to
raise header to maximum height.
NOTE:
If on e end of the header does NOT raise fully, the lift
cylinders require rephasing. If rephasing is needed,
proceed as fo llo ws:
a. Press and hold the HEADER UP switch until both
cylinders stop moving.
b. Continue to hold the switch for 3–4 seconds.
Cylinders are now phased.
