1. Press the paper tray button at the right-hand side of the control panel.
2. Select a paper tray in which you want to load the media and touch [Open].
3. Remove and rewrap media in the original packaging or other moistureproof material, if
applicable.
4. Prepare and load the media in the paper tray. (

into the paper module
on page 94)
5. Close the paper tray.
6. Touch [Assign] to open the media catalog.
7. Select the media and touch [OK]. For a quick search use the search and filter functions.
8. Press the paper tray button
at the right-hand side of the control panel.
NOTE
Use the [Unassign] function to unassign the media. You can also unassign media via a button on
the control panel of the paper module. (
