Subsection 04 (SPECIAL PROCEDURES)
Remove spark plugs.
Cover spark plug holes with a rag.
Crank engine several times (while keeping throttle
fully depressed on RFI models).
Install new spark plugs. Reconnect cables.
Start engine as explained above.
