Over-current
when stop
The output current is two times
larger than the rated current of the
inverter or the motor is short.
Inverter may be interfered by external
electromagnetic noise, please improve the
wiring and restart the inverter. If the alarm
repeated, send the unit back to the dealer
or the manufacturer to repair(Note1)

acceleration
1.When there is a sudden speed change,
extend the acceleration or deceleration
time.
2.Avoid sudden increase of load.
3.Check Terminals U/T1, V/T2 and W/T3
for short circuit.

The voltage between terminals (+ /
P)-(-/ N) is too high or the motor
leaks to ground;
The external power supply line has
large power equipment start and
stop affecting the power grid surge
Check if the power supply is functioning
properly.

1.When there is a sudden speed change,
extend the acceleration or deceleration
time.
2.Check the brake resistor between
Terminals +/P and PR for loose
connection.
3. If the braking resistor is connected,
check whether the setting values of 06-05
(P.30) and 06-06 (P.70) are correct
4. Check the motor insulation to ground
5. Improve the quality of the power grid
(recommended to install input reactor)
