3. Troubleshooting
Situation Solution
The supply voltage “30V” from which
all fan supplies are subdivided is
too low.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
Error 7958 : “Pump voltage high”
This is a warning.
Situation Solution
The supply voltage for the pump is
too high.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
Error 7959 : “Pump voltage low”
This error may be preceded by a warning.
Situation Solution
The supply voltage for the pump is
too low.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
Error 7962 : “Fan 6 voltage high”
This is a warning.
Situation Solution
The supply voltage for the SMPS
fans, which are located behind
the front high density filter of the
projector, is too high.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
Error 7963 : “Fan 6 voltage low”
This error may be preceded by a warning.
Situation Solution
The supply voltage for the SMPS
fans, which are located behind
the front high density filter of the
projector, is too low.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
Error 7964 : “Fan 5 voltage high”
This is a warning.
Situation Solution
The supply voltage for the “mains
input” fan, which is located behind
the rear cover of the projector, is
too high.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
Error 7965 : “Fan 5 voltage low”
This error may be preceded by a warning.
Situation Solution
The supply voltage for the “mains
input” fan, which is located behind
the rear cover of the projector, is
too low.
Replace the Fan & Motor control board.
