3.10 9198 → 9398: CPU related errors
Error 9198 : “Scaler pixel clock too high”
Situation Solution
Bandwidth or refresh rate of input
source too high.
Apply another source to the projector.
Error 9199 : “Scaler init failed”
Situation Solution
The initialization of the scaler on the
Pixel Map Processor (PMP) failed.
• Try to reinstall the latest software version of the PMP and restart the projector.
• Replace the Pixel Map Processor (PMP) if the problem persist.
Error 9398 : “Maximum image files reached”
Situation Solution
The maximum allowed number of
image files has been reached.
Delete some unnecessary custom made image files.
