Podešavanja tokom trajanja treninga
Otpor možete povećavati ili smanjivati tokom treninga. Kada ga promenite
na ekranu će se zakratko prikazati trenutni nivo otpora.
Puls kontrolišite ili preko brzine kojom izvodite vežbe ili preko nivoa otpora.
U zavisnosti od najmanje podešenog nivoa otpora i u zavisnosti od najvećeg
nivoa otpora možete da smanjujete i povećevate nivoe otpora u vremenskim
intervalima a da pri tome profil koji ste podesili ostane i dalje isti.
