Select the ID No. of the user you want to verify.
Enter a 3-digit No. for the user ID using the numeric keypad buttons on the control panel. When you
have finished entering the No., the screen with the item for the entered display start No. selected is
automatically displayed.
You can also select items by the buttons.
Information can be updated to the latest information by selecting the Refresh button.

Select Document List.
The sample print documents for the selected user can be confirmed.

Select the document to print.
You can select all documents by selecting the Select All button.
