Text View Screen 67
User Guide v 2.0 — March 2023 Making Adjustments
Table 7-6 gives descriptions of the items and buttons on the Text View screen.
Table 7-6 Text View Screen Item and Button Descriptions
Item/Button Description
Zone Row Each row in the Text view is a heat zone in the system. Touch a zone row
and the Quick Adjustment panel (if enabled) will show on the right side
of the screen. Refer to Section 7.7. If the Quick Adjustment panel is not
enabled, the Quick Set screen will show with the zone highlighted.
Column Header Each header in the Text View screen identifies the information shown in
each column. Touch the header and the screen will sort the values in the
column by ascending or descending order. This is identified by a red line
at the top or bottom of the header cell. The available parameters are as
follows:
Zone = Zone number
Name = Zone name
Setpoint = Zone setpoint
Temp = Actual temperature of zone
Power = Power output to the heater
Leakage = Earth leakage (This column is only displayed when H
cards are installed and the value has been set in the System Setup
screen.)
Amps = Current draw of the heater (Values in this column are
suppressed for XL and HL cards)
Alarm = Alarm window (Degrees above and below the setpoint
before an alarm condition is given)
Abort = Abort window (Degrees above and below the setpoint
before an abort condition is given)
Regulation = Control mode (Auto = T/C control, Manual = Fixed %
output, Monitor = Temperature only - No power output)
Watts = Calculated wattage of each heater (Values in this column
are suppressed for XL and HL cards)
240V W = Derated heater wattage for supply voltage vs. design
voltage (Values in this column are suppressed for XL and HL cards)
VAC = Output voltage to heaters (RMS calculation for power
percentage being applied to the heater) % Power x Input Voltage
(Values in this column are suppressed for XL and HL cards)
Resistance = Calculated ohm reading for each zone (Must run mold
diagnostics first) (Values in this column are suppressed for XL and
HL cards)
+/- Button Touch this button to toggle between the split and full screen views. The
split view configures the screen to show 48 zones in two columns to
maximize the number of zones that can be seen on a page. The full view
reduces the number of zones to 24, but increases the available zone
parameters that can be seen. Refer to Figure 7-12 and Figure 7-11.
Scroll Bar Use the scroll bar to scroll between pages within a screen. If all of the
available data fits in a single page, then the scroll bar will not be shown.
