TheLEDsattherightoftheAUDIOswitchindicate

9–16arecurrentlyselected.Thesliders,knobs,and
switcheswillcontroltherespectivesetofinputsor
tracks.
KNOBS:IfyoupresstheMIXERKNOBSswitchto
maketheINDIVIDUALPANLEDlight,th
eknobswill
controlthePa
nsettingofthesixinputs,tracks1–8,or
tracks9–16.IftheCHANNELSTRIPLEDislitandIN
isselected,theknobswillcontrolthepanandeffect
sendsforasingleinput.If1–8or9–16areselected,the
knobswillcontrolthepan,EQ,andef
fectsend
sfora
singletrack.
UsetheMIXSELECTswitchestoselecttheinput/track
youwanttocontrol,andusetheknobstocontrolthem.
MIXPLAY/MUTE,MIXSELECT:Theseswitcheswork
inthesamewayastheydoforTIMBRE/TRACK,as
describedabove.
EXTERNAL
WhenEXTERNALisselected,thecontrolsurfaceis
usedtotransmitMIDImessagestoanexternalMIDI

WhenRTKNOBS/KARMAisselected,theslidersand

TONE ADJ/EQ
WhenTONEADJ/EQ(ToneAdjust)isselected,the
controlsurfaceisusedtotemporarilyadjustthe
programusedbyeachMIDItrack.Forexamplewhile
you’ recreatingasong,youcanusethiscapabilityto
adjustthesoundappropriatelyforyoursongwithout
goingbacktoProgrammode;youmightsoftenth
e
toneofthebassorspeed‐
uptheattackofastrings
program,andmakethesechangeshappeninrealtime
whilethesongplays.
