7 How to Work with the Analyser
7.8 Service LAR | PROCESS ANALYSERS AG
7.8.2 Service Actions
Furnace:
This function can be used to switch the oven on and off.
Injection port:
This function allows the oven valve to be opened and closed.
Condensate pump:
This function can be used to switch the condensate pump on and off.
Stirrer:
This function allows all stirrers to be switched on and off together.
Rinse sample tubes:
To prepare a measurement procedure, the sample tubes and reservoirs can be rinsed with the sample.
To do this, select a sample stream and set the sample purging time.
Warning
To perform the service actions, the analyser must be in offline mode (offline
button). This will stop all measurements.

Notice
The heating time of the oven is approx. 120 min. This corresponds to a heating
rate of 10 ° C / min. This time is permanently configured and can not be
changed.
