Clearing or Resetting Alerts/Faults
An alert indicates a potential problem. For some alert conditions, such as an
overtemperature or undertemperature alert, the system continues to operate
unless the problem goes unresolved for two minutes, at which point the
control system generates a fault. When a fault occurs, Pump Control and
Heater Control automatically switch Off.
If an alert/fault appears, investigate and correct the situation that caused the
alert/fault and then clear or reset the alert/fault. The control system will
continue to generate the alert/fault condition until the situation is resolved.
Refer to Section 7, Troubleshooting, for additional information on alerts and
faults and to diagnose and correct other common operating problems.
