Replacing the Pneumatic Control Assembly
You will need the following items:
Pneumatic control assembly service kit
3‐mm and 5‐mm hex keys
Phillips‐head screwdriver
Refer to Section 9, Parts, for service kit part numbers.
To prepare for this procedure
1. Disconnect the compressed air supply to the melter.
2. Switch off the melter and disconnect and lock out input power to the
melter.
3. Remove the hydraulics cover. Refer to Removing or Installing Covers in
Section 6, Maintenance, as needed.
4. See Figure 8‐13. Remove the cyclone exhaust cover and filter.
