Pump Status
The pump button provides state and status information for the zone, as
shown in Figure 5‐7.
Refer to Table 5‐6 for an explanation of all pump button state and status
indications.

Dark green On The system status is Ready/OK and the pump is On.
NOTE: When the pump is On, it attempts to pump even if
the system status is not Ready/OK. Nordson Corporation
recommends not starting the pump until the system status
is Ready/OK.
Auto Pump
On
Dark green On The pump is On because it was automatically switched on
when the melter reached Ready/OK status.
NOTE: The second line (On) indicates whether the pump
is pumping (On) or not pumping (Disabled). It does not
indicate whether the Auto Pump setting is On or Off. If the
first line is Auto Pump, as in this example, then Auto Pump
is On. If the first line is Pump, then Auto Pump is Off.
