About Heated Components
The hot melt system includes two groups of heated components that are
referred to as internal and external heated zones.

Applicators
The control system uses the default names shown in Table 4‐1 to identify the
external heated zones. The default names for these zones can be changed
(refer to Modifying Applicator or Hose Zone Names in this section).
