Replacing the Main Board Fuses
You will need the following items:
 Main board fuses service kit
 5‐mm hex key
 Fuse puller
Refer to Section 9, Parts, for service kit part numbers.
1. Switch off the melter and disconnect and lock out input power to the
melter.
2. Remove the controls cover. Refer to Removing or Installing Covers in
Section 6, Maintenance, as needed.
See Figure 8‐12.
3. Remove the fuse cover, and then use a fuse‐puller to remove and replace
the desired fuse(s). Reinstall all fuse covers when finished.
4. Reinstall the controls cover and restore the system to normal operation.
