Using Manual Call for Fill
For some testing or troubleshooting actions, you may need to manually
activate the fill system.
CAUTION! Risk of equipment damage. Manually activating the fill system
overrides normal operation and can result in an overfill situation, which can
cause adhesive to enter the exhaust section of the melter.
1. From the Home screen, touch Master Controls > Settings > Fill >
Manual Call for Fill.
2. If you are sure you want to activate the fill system, touch Activate.
The system activates the fill system, transferring adhesive for
approximately 2 seconds per button touch.
