Replacing the Level Sensor Board
You will need the following items:
Level sensor board service kit
3‐mm, 4‐mm, and 5‐mm hex keys
8‐mm open‐end wrench
Refer to Section 9, Parts, for service kit part numbers.
To prepare for this procedure
1. Switch off the melter and disconnect and lock out input power to the
melter.
2. Remove the hydraulics cover. Refer to Removing or Installing Covers in
Section 6, Maintenance, as needed.
3. See Figure 8‐9. Pull the spring-loaded pin and carefully tilt open the
hydraulics assembly.
