Replacing the Fill System Pneumatic Control Assembly
You will need the following items:
 Fill system pneumatic controls service kit
 5‐mm hex key
 No. 1 Phillips‐head screwdriver
Refer to Section 9, Parts, for service kit part numbers.
To prepare for this procedure
1. From the Home screen, touch Master Controls > Refill to disable the fill
system.
2. Disconnect the compressed air supply to the adhesive bin.
To remove the pneumatic control assembly
See Figure 8‐38.
1. Remove the single retaining screw (4) from the lower hole of the
pneumatic control assembly bracket.
2. Slide the pneumatic control assembly down and out of the retaining
clip(2).
3. Loosen the screw on solenoid valve electrical connector (3) and
disconnect the connector from the solenoid valve.
4. Disconnect all the air line tubing connected to the pneumatic control
assembly.
