Fill System Faults
Fault Message Cause Corrective Action(s)
Fill board fuse open Fill board fuse blown Replace the fill board fuse. If the fuse
blows again, check for wiring or device
problems on the board outputs.
Fill communication fault Fill board and CPU/LCD board no longer
communicating
Check the serial cable between the
boards. Check the power supply to the fill
board.
Fill fault Level sensor not satisfied by amount of
time entered for Alert to Fault Delay Time

Table in this section.
Fill flash write error Bad flash chip on fill board Replace the fill board. Refer to Replacing
a Circuit Board in Section 8, Repair.
Fill sensor cable
Level sensor out of calibration Calibrate the level sensor. Refer to
Calibrating the Level Sensor in this
section.
Level sensor cable failed Replace the level sensor cable. Refer to
Replacing the Level Sensor Cable in
Section 8, Repair.
Fill sensor circuit Fill board failed Replace the fill board. Refer to Replacing
a Circuit Board in Section 8, Repair.
