Replacing the Internal SD Card
You will need the following item:
 Blank SD card
Refer to Section 9, Parts, for service kit part numbers.
1. Switch off the melter and disconnect and lock out input power to the
melter.
2. See Figure 8‐33. Open the touchscreen assembly as follows:
a.. Loosen, but do not remove, the screws on the underside of the
touchscreen assembly.
b.. Lift up the entire panel and tilt the top of the panel away from the
melter.
