Setting Up the EcoBead Capability
To use the EcoBead capability, follow this procedure to specify the EcoBead
settings for an application. When enabled, the EcoBead capability switches
the signal to the applicator to produce a stitched adhesive pattern, resulting
in the user‐specified amount of adhesive savings.
NOTE: Refer to Connect the Driver, Pattern Controller, or Timer Wiring and
Connect Applicator Signal Wiring in Section 3, Installation, for wiring
instructions.
1.. From the Home screen, touch an applicator button (Zone 1B, Zone 2B,
Zone 3B, or Zone 4B).
2.. Touch EcoBead Settings.
3.. Touch Basic Settings to enable the EcoBead capability.
NOTE: Selecting Follow Mode (the default) disables the EcoBead
capability.
