Removing or Installing Covers
See Figure 6‐2.
To remove a cover
WARNING! Risk of personal injury. Always disable the fill system before
removing the hydraulics cover.
Using a 5‐mm hex key, turn the cover release (3) in the direction shown on
the tag. The bottom of the cover will disengage from the melter and the cover
can be removed.

Note: The controls cover release is located on the left side of the melter.
To install a cover
Insert the cover pins into the slots on the top brackets and push the bottom of
the cover onto the chassis.
