Blown fuses Check fuses and replace as needed.

Adhesive temperature too low Check the temperature settings.
Pump pressure check valve in

Remove the pump and inspect the
pressure check valve.

adhesive output)

in this section to troubleshoot fill
system problems.
Shutoff valve closed Open the shutoff valve.
Pressure discharge valve defective Replace the pressure discharge
valve. Refer to Replacing a
Hydraulics Assembly Component in
Section 8, Repair.
Pump siphon check valve not
sealing
Remove the pump and inspect the
siphon check valve.
NOTE A: The pump should make two regularly spaced exhaust sounds. If you hear two exhaust sounds followedby
a pause, the pump is stroking erratically (the hydraulic shaft is moving faster in one
directionthantheother).
