Enables access to the AC30 web server.

(0) DISABLED – a web browser is prevented from accessing the AC30 web server.
(1) LIMITED – a web browser may access a limited set of pages on the AC30 web server.
(2) FULL – a web browser has full access to the pages on the AC30 web server, however
authentication will be required if a password has been set.
