Recalling Patient Sample Results
Use the Recall screen to view and print results for previously analyzed patient samples.
You can also send the recalled results to a data management system or a laboratory
information system (LIS).
For more information about changing demographic data for previously analyzed patient
samples, refer to
Editing Demographics‚ page 2-25.
1. At the Analysis or Status screen, select Recall > Patients.
The list of patient samples are displayed.
2. Select the sample or locate the patient sample results you want to view.
3. View the results for the selected sample:
a. Select
Results.
b. Select
More Results to view results for other reported parameters.
c. Select
Print to print the patient sample report.
d. Select
Send to send results to a data management system or an LIS.
Interpreting the Patient Recall Screen Symbols
The following symbols may be displayed on the Patient Recall screen:
If you want to... Then...

a. Select the up or down arrow buttons to move
through the list.
b. Select the sample you want to view.
search for a sample by
patient ID,
a. Select
Search.
b. Select
Clear to delete the current patient ID.
c. Enter the patient ID and select
Continue.
d. Select the sample you want to view.
