1. Select
Status > Shutdown.
2. Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the system on.
3. If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.

components of the
heater.
1. Ensure that the fans are working and nothing is blocking the
flow of air.
2. Inspect the air filters and replace them if required.
3. Select
Status > Shutdown.
4. Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the system on.
5. Select
Diagnostics > Voltage and Temperatures.
6. If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.
Problem Corrective Action
An error has
occurred in the
electronic
components of the
pump motors.
1. Select
Diagnostics > Pumps and Valves > Sample Pump.
2. Select
Status > Shutdown.
3. Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the system on.
4. If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.
Problem Corrective Action
The cartridge
loader fails to move
to the correct
position during
reagent or wash
cartridge removal
or installation.
1. Ensure that the cartridge is correctly positioned in the door
and nothing is blocking the cartridge from loading.
NOTE: Use the Eject Reagent Cartridge or Eject Wash
Cartridge test depending on the affected cartridge.
2. Select
Diagnostics > Cartridge > Eject W Cartridge or
Eject R Cartridge.
3. If the problem persists, replace the cartridge.
4. If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.
