Error
The system detects that the
temperature of the CO-ox sample
chamber is beyond the acceptable
range.
This message occurs when a new
sample chamber is warming up
or when the system is warming
up after being shut down.
Results for tHb are reported
while this message appears. The
system also displays the message
on the printed report.
Ensure that you installed the
CO-ox sample chamber properly.
Ensure that you tightly close the
front cover.
The system clears the message
when the system reaches normal
operating temperature.

The CO-ox sample chamber has
exceeded its shelf life or
operating life.
Replace the CO-ox sample
chamber.
CO-ox Sample
Chamber Not
Detected
The system does not detect the
CO-ox sample chamber.
This usually indicates that the
sample chamber was removed
without using the correct
Maintenance procedure.
If you are replacing the sample
chamber, install the new sample
chamber. Refer to Replacing the
CO-ox Sample Chamber‚
page 5-9.
Ensure the tabs on each side are
locked in place.

The system detects that the
temperature of the CO-ox sample
chamber is beyond the acceptable
range at the end of analysis.
This usually indicates that the
sample was analyzed before the
acceptable sample range was
reached.
The system does not report tHb
results. The message displays on
the printed report.
Ensure that you installed the
CO-ox sample chamber properly.
Ensure that you tightly close the
front cover.
Wait until the system removes
the message from the events log
before analyzing samples.
