12. Figure 23): Record the Media Counter readings onto the Service Call Report. Record and
report any accessory Serial Numbers (i.e., Finisher, Controller).
13. Separate the First Call Report card from the Installation Quality Report card and insert the
First Call Report card into the Machine Log.

14. Record the following on the Printer Installation Quality Report card:
• Print count readings
– 8830: Media Counter, Meter A and Meter B
– 8825 Media Counter, Meter A
• Printer serial number
• Installation date
• Comments
15. Mail the Printer Installation Quality Report Card.

50 Hz machines only:. Do not run program 3-60-3 as this will cause all settings on the Printer
to be lost.
