This mode supports the maximum value of 32767, not 65535 as FSx.

Specifies the edge detectors of all bits in the STATus:QUEStionable:FREQuency register from 0 to 1 for
the transitions of the CONDition bit.
This mode supports the maximum value of 32767, not 65535 as in FSx.
