o Select Redundancy Device window- Hardware page.
1. Current System Be Primary: Tick the box to have the selected device as the primary
device; un-tick the box to have the selected device as the secondary device.
2. Evac Input Channel: Select one channel for external Evac indication.
3. Contact Output Channel (for fiber use only): Select one channel as the external
contact output channel.
4. Redundancy: A list of the systems which are ready to do redundancy.
5. Device list: A list of the devices that are ready to do redundancy under the selected
system.
6. Refresh: Click on the button to refresh the device list.
7. Apply: Click on the button to apply the current setting.
The above picture shows the setting is successful. Redundancy serial number will
display the back up ends' serial numbers
Step 2: click on the "Mapping" button and click on "OK" to finish the auto mapping setup.
Step 3: click on the "Store" button to finish the redundancy setup.
IDA8 Front Panel
If the redundancy configuration has setup successfully, the front panel will display the
information as below.
