A buzzing sound will be outputted to the monitoring speaker on the front panel of the IDA8C.
7.1.2 User Define Error
A user defined error is detected by the IDA8C/S. This kind of error can be defined by using the
"Fault Definer" DSP component.
Indication:
LED Indicator: When this error is detected, the following LEDs will light up:
o G. Fault LED on the front panel of IDA8C/S.
Log:
o "User Define Error" message will be displayed at the touch screen of IDA8C.
"XXXXX", where XXXXX is the content defined in "Fault Definer" the DSP component field
[Message].
o A text message will be displayed at the window [Machine Fault Record] in Ateis Studio,
see the picture as below.

7.1.3 PDC Error
The audio cable for Fireman and PDC port turns short circuit or cuts off.
Indication:
LED Indicator: When this error is detected, the following LEDs will light up:
o G. Fault LED on the front panel of the IDA8C/S.
Log:
o "PDC Error" message will be displayed on the touch screen of IDA8C.
o The text messages will be displayed at the window [Machine Fault Record] in Ateis
Studio.
PDC: Indicate errors in which PDC port.
Audio Short: Turn short circuit.
