During the operation, it is allowed to modify values of the parameter of the wheel rolling radius
“R”, which is determined based on the tires mounted on the tractor, by measuring the distance from
the wheel center to the bearing surface.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MODIFY THE INPUT VALUES OF ALL OTHER PARAMETERS
(FACTORY DEFAULTS).
3.14.3.3 Procedure for programming the integrated indicator KD8083
The procedure for programming the integrated indicator KD8083 is as follows:
- remove the cover of the control console;
- press button 1 (Figure 3.14.1) of the control console and keep it pressed for at least
two seconds;
- on the digital five-digit indicator, the mode "Refined total engine operation time" will
be displayed. At the same time, the LED located next to the “T” symbol lights up;
- several pressing button 1 of the control console ensures a cyclic transition between
the programmable parameters "T", "K1", "K2", "K3", "K4", "R", "Z1", "Z2" and again "T";
- to enter the required value of the selected parameter, it is necessary to press button
2 of the control console; at the same time, the low-order digit (first from the right) of the
selected indicator parameter should start flashing at a frequency of 3 Hz;
- by pressing button 2 of the control console again, set the required value of the low-
order digit of the selected parameter;
- shortly press button 1 of the console, at this time the second digit of the digital indi-
cator from the right should start flashing;
- using button 2 of the control console, set the required value in the second digit from
the right of the adjustable parameter;
- shortly press button 1 of the remote console, at this time the third digit of the digital
indicator from the right should start flashing;
- using button 2 of the console, set the required value in the third digit from the right
of the adjustable parameter;
- fix the input parameter value by pressing button 1 of the console;
- next pressing button 1 of the console will switch to the next parameter;
- to exit the programming mode, it is necessary to switch to the “Refined total engine
operation time” mode, then press and hold button 2 of the console for at least two seconds.
Wherein:
a) on a digital five-digit indicator, the indications "8.8.8.8.8" should be displayed
for a period of one to four seconds;
b) all PTO scale LEDs should light up and go out;
c) all six LEDs near the symbols "T", "K", "R", "Z", "km/h" and "h" should light
up and go out. Then only the "h" LED remains lit.
This indicates that the new programming parameters are fixed and will be used by
the indicator to display information.
ATTENTION: IF YOU EXIT THE PROGRAMMING MODE IN A WAY DIFFERENT
FROM THE ABOVE, THE NEEDED PARAMETER VALUES WILL NOT BE SAVED!
