When setting the RLL in the transport position, it is necessary to fully lock the buckles in
the transport position.
Full locking of the buckles in the transport position must be carried out as follows:
- if the buckles are completely locked in the working position, then with the machine
(implement) raised to the upper position, it is necessary to check the value of lateral swing of
the machine (implement), which should not exceed 20 mm in each direction. If necessary, adjust
the length of the buckle by turning screw 2 with handle 3;
- if the buckles are partially locked in the working position, then it is necessary to first
completely lock the buckles in the working position, as indicated above. Then, with the machine
(implement) raised to the upper position, it is necessary to check the value of lateral swing of
the machine (implement), which should not exceed 20 mm in each direction. If necessary, adjust
the length of the buckle by turning screw 2 with handle 3.
3.12.2.1.3 External turnbuckles
During tractor operation, the external turnbuckles must always be locked in one of
three positions:
- partial locking of buckles in the working position;
- full locking of buckles in the working position;
- full locking of buckles in the transport position.
Partial locking of the buckles in the working position must be carried out as follows:
- attach the machine (implement) to the lower links and raise it until it is off the ground;
- place the machine (implement) symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the tractor;
- the buckles must be attached to the lower holes of brackets 1, as shown in view a)
of Figure 3.12.5;
- to obtain swinging of the implement in each direction of at least 125 mm, adjust the
length of buckles 2 by rotating the central part A of the buckles.
ATTENTION: ALWAYS KEEP THE MACHINE SWING VALUE AT MIN 125 MM TO
AVOID BREAKING OF THE BUCKLES WHEN LIFTING THE MACHINE INTO THE
TRANSPORT POSITION!

Full locking of the buckles in the working position must be carried out as follows:
- attach the machine (implement) to the lower links and raise it until it is off the ground;
