3.13.9 Repositioning of pendulum and hydraulic hook in combined unit
During the operation with the combined unit TSU-2M-02, one of the coupling elements
(hydraulic hook or pendulum) is set in operating position, and the other - in additional position,
that is not used during tractor operation. During the operation with the tow hitch, with hydraulic
hook 9 (Figure 3.13.7) set in operating position, pendulum 11 is attached to bracket 8 by pin 6
and secured by cotter pin 7 on the one side, and it is bound to plate 5 by wire 4 on the other
side. The second pin 6 is fixed in the free hole of bracket 8. Bolt 10 intended for fixture of hy-
draulic hook 9 in additional position, is screwed into free threaded bore of bracket 8. Clevis 1
with pin 2, mounted into it, is attached to pendulum 11 with a help of kingpin 3. During the
operation with the tow hitch, with the pendulum set in operation position, the hydraulic hook is
attached to bracket 8 with a help of bolt 10, the hydraulic hook arm lies on plate 5. Pins 6
mounted into bracket 8 limit side-to-side movement of the pendulum. The pins are secured by
cotter pins 7.
