2.26 Creeper control
On request, your tractor can be equipped with a creeper.
The creeper is designed for installation on tractors operating with machines that re-
quire reduced speeds.
On the BELARUS-892/892.2 tractors, equipped with an increase or decrease gear in
the transmission, a mechanical creeper MHU-05 or a hydraulic creeper GHU-05 can be
installed.
On the BELARUS-892/892.2 tractors, equipped with a reverse gear in the transmission,
a mechanical creeper MHU-05 can be installed.
The mechanical creeper MHU-05 is controlled by the range rod of the creeper 2 (Fig-
ure 2.26.1) and gear lever of the creeper 1 (in Figure 2.1.2, range rod of the creeper 9, gear
lever of the creeper 10). On tractors equipped with increasing or decreasing gear, the MHU-
05 installation allows you to additionally get sixteen forward speeds and sixteen reverse
speeds. On tractors equipped with a reverse gear, the MHU-05 installation allows you to
additionally get eight forward speeds and eight reverse speeds.
The GHU-05 hydraulic creeper is controlled by range rod of the creeper 2 (Figure
2.26.1), gear lever of the creeper 1 and throttle handle of the creeper 3. On tractors equipped
with increasing or decreasing gear, the GHU-05 installation allows you to additionally get
sixteen forward speeds and sixteen reverse speeds. By turning throttle handle 3 of the GHU-
05, a stepless change in speed is achieved while the tractor is moving with the first range of
the hydraulic creeper engaged.

MHU-05 and GHU-05 can be purchased separately from the tractor and installed on the
tractor with the help of your dealer. The mechanical creeper MHU-05 installed on the tractor
can be converted into the hydraulic creeper GHU-05.
If your tractor is equipped with a mechanical creeper or a hydraulic creeper, then the
tractor is accompanied by a creeper operating manual 102-1742000 OM, which contains infor-
mation about the rules of operation, maintenance, design and troubleshooting of MHU-05 or
GHU-05.
If you order MHU-05 or GHU-05 separately from the tractor, the operating manual 102-
1742000 OM is supplied along with the creeper.
