3.11 Hydraulic lift linkage
The hydraulic lift linkage (HLL) ensures the operation of the rear linkage and hydraulic
working bodies of agricultural machines attached to the tractor. It makes it possible to use draft,
positional and depth methods of control of the working bodies of agricultural machines and im-
plements.
The hydraulic lift linkage consists of oil tank for HLL and HSC 2 (Figure 3.11.1) with a
filter, pump 8, distributor 1, draft control unit 6, main cylinder 5, rear linkage mechanism 4, quick
couplings 7, breakaway couplings and remote cylinders. Oil tank 2 is a conjoint oil tank for HLL
and HSC.
The handles for controlling the outlets of the HSC distributor (remote cylinders) and for
controlling the RLL (draft control) are presented in subsections 2.15 and 2.16.
The HLL units are located in different places of the tractor and are interconnected by
metal pipelines and hoses.
Three pairs of independent outlets are provided on the tractors: two pairs of side outlets
and one pair of rear outlets, ending with quick couplings and intended for connecting remote
cylinders. By request, oil drain line 3 can be installed for working with hydraulic motors and
ending with a quick-release coupling.
1 - distributor; 2 - oil tank; 3 – oil drain line; 4 - rear linkage; 5 -cylinder; 6 – draft control unit; 7
- quick coupling; 8 - pump.
