2.15.4 Controlling the RLL locking mechanism in the transport position
Lever for the RLL locking mechanism in transport position 12 (Figure 2.1.2) has two
positions:
"RLL unlocked" – rightmost position along the tractor travel;
"RLL locked in upper (transport) position" – leftmost position.
To lock the RLL in the transport position, do the following:
- raise the implement to the uppermost position by setting handle 6 (Figure 2.1.2) of
draft control unit to the "uplift" position;
- after the RLL is set in the uppermost position, turn lever 12 (Figure 2.1.2) to the left;
- release handle 6 (Figure 2.1.2) of the draft control unit.
To unlock the RLL, lift the implement with handle 6 (Figure 2.1.2) of the draft control
unit and turn lever 12 (Figure 2.1.2) to the right.
2.15.5 Adjustable implement lifting limiter
The adjustable implement lifting limiter is installed on the BELARUS-892/892.2 trac-
tors on request.
Limit the retraction stroke of the rear cylinder rod of the linkage mechanism (imple-
ment lifting height) using adjustable stop 2 (Figure 2.15.8), performing the following opera-
tions:
- loosen wing nut 4;
- move adjustable stop 2 along the rod of hydraulic cylinder 3 to the required position
and tighten wing nut 4 by hand. When the implement is raised to the required height, adjust-
able stop 2 will move hydromechanical valve stem 1 and block the cylinder cavities.
