4.2.7 PTO use
The rules on engagement and disengagement of rear power take off shaft are de-
scribed in subsection 2.14 “Rear power takeoff control.
The rear power take off shaft operation is controlled by means of the integrated indi-
cator as described in subsection 2.7 “Tachospeedometer”.
ATTENTION: OPERATING WITH PTO OBSERVE ALL SAFETY MEASURES OF PTO
OPERATION, WHICH ARE LISTED IN THE THIS OPERATION MANUAL!
ATTENTION: TO EXCLUDE IMPACT LOADS ENGAGE THE REAR PTO AT EN-
GINE SPEED CLOSE TO MINIMUM (BETWEEN 1000 AND 1100 min
-1
), THEN ENGINE
SPEED SHOULD BE INCREASED!
The rear PTO of the tractor has a PTO end 1 as per GOST 3480 (8 splines, 540 min

)
installed. Against order a PTO end 1c (6 splines, 540

) and a PTO end 2 (21 splines, 1000

) can be attached to the spare parts, tools and accessories kit of the tractor

REAR PTO EACH OF INDEPENDENT AND SYNCHRONOUS PTO DRIVE AT 540 min
