To reposition the pendulum from the additional position to the operating position, pro-
ceed as follows:
- remove pins 7 (Figure 3.13.8) from crossbar 8;
- lower the RLL so that levers 13 take a horizontal position;
- open grippers 12 with a help of handle 14;
- remove pin 6 and take hydraulic hook 9 out;
- remove pendulum 4 from plate 5 and bracket 10;
- remove kingpin 2 from the strip of pendulum 4, thus releasing clevis 1 with pin 3,
mount the kingpin back;
- mount clevis 1 on pendulum 4 and secure with a help of pin 3;
- set the pendulum assembly into the operating position as shown in Figure 3.13.7,
and secure with pin 6 (Figure 3.13.8);
- lift the RLL into the upper position;
- mount pins 7 into the holes of crossbar 8;
- reposition bolt 11 into the threaded hole of the lug of bracket 10 to the left of gripper
12;
- insert pins 15 into the holes of bracket 10, thus securing the pendulum from side-to-
side movement;
- set the hydraulic hook in the additional position, as shown in Figure 3.13.7.
To reposition the hydraulic hook from the additional position to the operating position,
proceed as follows:
- reposition bolt 11 (Figure 3.13.8) into the threaded hole of the lug of bracket 10 to
the right of gripper 12;
- remove pins 7 from crossbar 8, remove pins 15 from bracket 10;
- lower the RLL so that levers 13 take a horizontal position;
- open grippers 12 with a help of handle 14;
- remove pin 6 and take the pendulum assembly out;
- remove the hydraulic hook from plate 5 and bracket 10;
- set the hydraulic hook into the operating position as shown in Figure 3.13.7, and
secure with pin 6 (Figure 3.13.8);
- insert pins 7 into the holes of crossbar 8, thus attaching hydraulic hook 9 to the
crossbar;
- lift the RLL into the upper position;
- set the pendulum in the additional position, as shown in Figure 3.13.7.
