6.4.4.15 Operation 44. Change of filter element and rinsing of breater of HLL ans
HSC integrated tank
First and second change of the filter element is carried out after 500 hours of tractor opera-
tion. Further it is necessary to change filter cartridge after each 1000 hours of operation
together with oil change in HLL and HSC tank.
To change filter cartridge do the following:
- remove bolts 2 (Figure 6.4.36), cover 1 and withdraw filter element assembly with a
help of limiter 4;
- remove nuts 3, limiter 4 and filter element 5;
- rinse body 6 in washing solution;
- insert new filter element and assembly filter in reverse order;
- insert filter assembly into hydraulic system tank, close it with cover 1 and fasten with
bolt 2;
- check oil level in HLL and HSC tank, as shown in clause 6.4.1.4. and if necessary
refill.
