9.2.1.3 show cdp
Use this command to display the enable state of the CDP discovery protocol and message interval
on one or more ports.
show cdp [port_string]
Syntax Description
Command Defaults
If port_string is not specified, the CDP state for all ports will be displayed.
Command Mode
Read-Only.
Examples
This example shows how to display CDP information for all ports:
This example shows how to display CDP for Gigabit Ethernet front panel port
s 3 through 11.
port_string (Optional) Specifies the port(s) for which CDP state will be
displayed. For a detailed description of possible port_string
values, refer to Section 4.1.2.
