9.2.1.5 set cdp interval
Use this command to set the frequency of the CDP discovery protocol.
set cdp interval frequency port_string

Example
This example shows how to set the CDP interval frequency to 15 seconds on Gigabit Ethernet
front panel port 8.
frequency Specifies the transmit frequency of CDP messages in
seconds. Range is 10 to 600.
port_string Specifies the port(s) on which CDP is enabled. For a
detailed description of possible port_string values, refer to
Section 4.1.2.
Matrix>set cdp interval 15 ge.0.8
CDP message interval set to 15 on port ge.0.8.
