Use this command to set user privilege level.
Command Syntax
username NAME_STRING privilege PRIVILEGE (password (8 |) PASSWORD | secret

Set user privilege level

Specifies a hidden password will follow
PASSWORD
User password string
secret PASSWORD
User secret string

Use this command to set user privilege level.
Examples
This is a sample output from this command displaying how to add a user named testName
and with the password of 123456.
