9.2.3 Identifying a fault on the CPUMEMR
CPUMEMRs provide PRIMERGY Diagnostics indicators to indicate faulty
CPUMEMRs, CPUs, or DIMM memory modules see figure 111.

Ê Press the CSS button that is located on the PCI Riser to identify a faulty
CPUMEMR or a faulty unit on the CPUMEMR, see "Locate the faulty
component by PRIMERGY diagnostics indicators" on page 39.
Ê Take a note on the faulty component indicated by the indicator:
– Number of the CPUMEMR
– Faulty component
– For DIMM memory modules: Identifier of the slot
1 CSS indicator for the CPUMEMR

3 8x CSS indicators for each DIMM
memory module pair (orange)
2 CSS indicator for the CPU
(orange)
