2-1-6 Fuser section
The paper sent from the transfer/separation section is interleaved between the fuser roller and the press
roller. The fuser roller is heated by the IH (FIH), the press roller is heated by the fuser heater (FH), and the
toner is fused by heat and pressure and fixed onto the paper because the press roller is pressed by the fuser
press spring. The surface temperature of fuser roller and press roller are detected by the fuser thermistor
(FTH) and controlled by the engine PWB (EPWB).
